TERMS & CONDITIONS

– 3 Day Packages do NOT include Island Tour
– 4 Day Packages guests must arrive on October 9th
– Priority Packages do NOT include Artist Meet & Greet

 

PAYMENTS

– Deposit of 75 % due at time of booking
– Final Payment of 25% due to September 1st

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the event date; however, such refunds are subject to applicable processing fees of 25%. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.

By confirming your package reservation, all guests acknowledge that The Barbados Jazz Excursion reserves the right to adjust lodging and venue arrangements to an equally rated or higher-rated property, should changes be required.

With the purchase of this package, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Blu Isles/Island Escapes / The Barbados Jazz Excursion/Easters Travel from any and all liabilities, including but not limited to judgments, costs, and attorney’s fees.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
